GENERATION OF KHAIR™
Helping Muslim Parents Raise the Next Generation With Knowledge, Faith and Confidence
Generation of Khair™ is a parenting education initiative by Eminere Ventures, founded by Mohammed Ilyas.
We bring together neuroscience, neuroplasticity, child psychology, child development and authentic Islamic guidance to help Muslim parents understand their children more deeply, understand themselves better, and know what to do next.
Our work is built around one central belief:
When parents understand the child, understand themselves, and know how to apply the right guidance, they can build an influence that lasts beyond obedience.
Our vision is simple:
To help raise a generation of Muslim children who love Allah, have beautiful character, know their identity, and are confident and capable of contributing to the world.
Why Generation of Khair™ Exists
Muslim parents love their children deeply.
But love alone does not teach us how to parent.
Many parents struggle with anger, discipline, screens, communication, emotional regulation, confidence, salah, Islamic identity and the everyday challenges of raising children.
And often, these are not parents who do not care.
They simply were never taught the how.
We prepare for careers.
We study for exams.
We learn how to run businesses.
But one of the greatest amanahs Allah gives us — raising another human being — is something most of us enter with love and good intentions, but very little practical preparation.
We believe Muslim parents deserve better.
They deserve parenting education that is:
Practical.
Evidence-informed.
Rooted in Islam.
Personalised to their family.
Designed for real-life implementation.
That is why Generation of Khair™ exists.
Our Approach
Generation of Khair™ brings together three important areas:
Islam
The Qur’an and Sunnah provide the foundation for our understanding of purpose, character, responsibility, values, worship and the relationship between parents and children.
We look to the example of the Prophet ﷺ and the righteous generations to understand what it means to nurture children as Muslims.
Neuroscience & Neuroplasticity
We help parents understand how children’s brains develop, how experiences shape neural pathways, how habits form, how emotions are regulated and how the environment influences development.
Child Psychology & Development
We explore what sits beneath children’s behaviour rather than simply asking:
“How do I stop this behaviour?”
Parents learn to understand development, emotions, connection, communication, boundaries and behaviour in a more meaningful way.
And then we take that knowledge one step further:
We Turn Understanding Into Action
Because knowing what to do is different from actually doing it.
Our goal is to help parents move from:
Understand → Personalise → Plan → Implement → Get Guidance → Grow
The Parent Influence System™
The Parent Influence System™ is the practical expression of this approach.
It is designed around a simple idea:
You don’t need more parenting information. You need the right information, personalised to your child and your situation, with help turning it into action.
Instead of giving every family the same generic advice, we first look at:
- Your child’s developmental stage
- Your child’s behaviour and emotional needs
- Your family situation
- Your parenting patterns
- Your triggers and challenges
- The areas where you want to grow
From this, parents receive:
A Personalised Child Plan
A practical plan built around the child’s needs, developmental stage and current challenges.
A Personalised Parent Plan
A plan focused on the parent’s own patterns, triggers, responses, growth and implementation.
Complete Parenting Resources
A structured library covering child development, behaviour, emotional development, Islamic identity, character, leadership and parent transformation.
Guided Implementation
Parents don’t simply receive a plan and have to figure everything out alone.
They receive guidance through WhatsApp and email, with a one-on-one review call after one month to review progress, address challenges and refine the approach.
This is the difference between simply learning parenting and having support to actually practise it.
What We Believe
Every child is born upon fitrah.
Children are not problems to be fixed.
They are an amanah to be nurtured.
The parent is part of the child’s environment.
One of the most powerful ways to influence a child is to work on ourselves.
When the parent changes, the environment changes.
The way we speak, react, handle stress, show love, set boundaries and respond to difficulty all become part of the child’s world.
Connection and discipline can coexist.
Children need boundaries.
But boundaries do not have to destroy connection.
We want parents to learn how to guide children firmly while preserving dignity, relationship and trust.
Islamic identity and confidence belong together.
We want children who can stand confidently in the modern world without losing their love for Allah or their Islamic identity.
Parenting is tarbiyah, not simply behaviour management.
Our goal is not merely to make children obedient.
It is to nurture their:
Character.
Hearts.
Minds.
Values.
Confidence.
Responsibility.
Relationship with Allah.
We believe in honesty over hype.
We don’t promise perfect children.
We don’t promise guaranteed outcomes.
Guidance is from Allah.
Our responsibility is to teach, support and guide parents sincerely.
Our Mission
Our mission is to make practical, neuroscience-based and authentic Islamic parenting education accessible to Muslim parents.
We want parents to understand:
- How the developing brain works
- Why children behave the way they do
- How experiences shape development
- How to understand behaviour beneath the surface
- How parents can regulate themselves
- How to build strong parent-child relationships
- How to establish healthy boundaries
- How to nurture confidence and resilience
- How to develop character and responsibility
- How to nurture love for Allah and Islam
- How to raise children who are prepared for both dunya and akhirah
- Most importantly, what to do next in their own family

Mohammed Ilyas is the founder of Generation of Khair™ and the creator of the Parent Influence System™.
His journey began with a broader interest in human behaviour, psychology, personal development, leadership and human potential.
As he went deeper, his attention turned towards one of the earliest and most important foundations of human development:
Childhood and parenting.
He began studying neuroscience, neuroplasticity, child development, psychology, emotional regulation, behaviour, communication and the parent-child relationship, alongside his study of Islam.
Through his work with parents, he saw a repeated pattern:
Parents often had plenty of love for their children.
What they needed was clarity.
They needed to understand what was happening beneath the behaviour.
They needed to understand their own reactions.
And most importantly, they needed to know:
“What do I do next?”
This became central to his approach.
Rather than focusing only on changing children’s behaviour, Generation of Khair™ helps parents understand:
The child.
The brain.
The relationship.
The parent.
The Islamic purpose behind parenting.
And then turn that understanding into practical action.
Why Islam + Neuroscience?
This is at the heart of Generation of Khair™.
We don’t believe Muslim parents should have to choose between being rooted in Islam and understanding modern science.
Neuroscience can help us understand the developing brain.
Psychology can help us understand behaviour, emotions and relationships.
Neuroplasticity can help us understand how experiences and repeated patterns influence the brain.
Islam gives us something deeper:
Purpose.
Values.
Responsibility.
Spiritual direction.
A framework for raising human beings who know and love Allah.
Our goal is to bring these areas together responsibly and practically.
Science can help us understand the “how.”
Islam gives us the “why”, the purpose and the direction.
Our Concern for the Ummah
Our biggest concern is not simply what our children will know.
It is:
Who will they become?
We don’t want a generation that is successful academically but emotionally fragile.
We don’t want children who know Islamic information but feel disconnected from Allah.
We don’t want children who are confident online but insecure about who they are.
We don’t want Muslim children to feel that they must choose between their faith and their future.
We want something better.
We want children who:
Love Allah.
Know who they are.
Have beautiful character.
Are emotionally strong.
Think critically.
Communicate confidently.
Respect others.
Carry Islam with confidence.
Take responsibility.
Are prepared to contribute and lead.
Because the future of the Ummah isn’t built only in schools, institutions or organisations.
It is built every day inside Muslim homes.
And parents are shaping that future right now.
Our Vision
We envision a world where Muslim parents are equipped with the knowledge, clarity and confidence to raise children who thrive in both dunya and akhirah.
A generation that grows up with:
Faith without fear.
Confidence without arrogance.
Discipline without humiliation.
Connection without permissiveness.
Success without losing identity.
A generation that brings khair wherever it goes.
A Generation of Khair.
Our Promise
We are not here to give parents another list of parenting hacks.
We are here to help them understand.
Understand the child.
Understand the brain.
Understand behaviour.
Understand themselves.
Understand their responsibility as parents.
And then turn that understanding into action.
Our work is not simply about giving parents information.
It is about helping them move from:
“I don’t know what to do.”
to:
“I understand what is happening, and I know what to do next.”
Through the Parent Influence System™, parents receive structured resources, personalised plans and guidance to help them apply what they learn to their actual family.
We will continue learning, researching and improving our work so that we can serve Muslim parents with greater clarity and sincerity.
Our aim is not simply to raise children who behave well today.
It is to help raise human beings who carry goodness into tomorrow.
