The Parent Influence System™ is a one-time digital purchase that includes immediate access to parenting resources, personalised plans, and guided support. Because access and personalised services begin after purchase, our refund policy is based on the stage of service already delivered.
1. Parent Influence System™ — ₹2,997
The Parent Influence System™ is a one-time payment of ₹2,997 and includes, as applicable to your purchase:
- Complete Parenting Resource Bundle
- About Your Child questionnaire
- About You as a Parent questionnaire
- Personalised Child Plan
- Personalised Parent Plan
- WhatsApp guidance
- Email support
- One-on-one review call after one month
- Generation of Khair™ Community access, where included
- Applicable bonuses and additional resources stated on the sales page
7-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that you have not accessed or downloaded the digital resource bundle and have not submitted either questionnaire for personalised plan creation.
No reason is required, and no difficult questions will be asked.
If you have purchased the system but have genuinely not started using the resources or personalised services, you may request a refund within the 7-day period.
When Refunds Are Not Available
A refund will generally not be available once you have:
- Accessed or downloaded the Complete Resource Bundle;
- Submitted the About Your Child questionnaire;
- Submitted the About You as a Parent questionnaire;
- Received or started receiving your Personalised Child Plan;
- Received or started receiving your Personalised Parent Plan;
- Used personalised WhatsApp or email guidance;
- Used the one-on-one review call;
- Accessed or used included bonuses or community access.
This is because the relevant digital content or personalised service has already been delivered or made available to you.
Important: Please Complete Your Questionnaires
If you purchase the Parent Influence System™ and do not complete your questionnaires, this does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund after the applicable refund period.
The personalised plans can only be prepared after we receive the required information from you. You are responsible for submitting both questionnaires if you want your personalised plans prepared.
2. Cancellation
Because the Parent Influence System™ is a one-time purchase, there is no recurring subscription to cancel.
If you have purchased the system and wish to cancel your participation before using the included services, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation of participation does not automatically mean that a refund will be available. Refund eligibility is determined according to the refund conditions stated in this policy.

If your request meets the refund conditions, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method/payment provider.
4. Personalised Plans & Support
The Parent Influence System™ includes personalised guidance based on the information you provide.
We aim to provide your Personalised Child Plan + Personalised Parent Plan within approximately 2 hours after receiving both completed questionnaires. This is an intended service timeframe and may occasionally vary because of operational circumstances.
Once personalised work has started, the corresponding service has already begun and is therefore generally non-refundable.
5. Digital Resources
The Parent Influence System™ includes digital resources that may be delivered through platforms such as Google Drive, email, the website, download links, or other digital delivery methods.
Once you access or download these resources, the digital content has been made available to you and the purchase is generally non-refundable, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.
6. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If a payment is deducted from your account but the purchase is not successfully completed, or if you believe you have been charged twice for the same purchase, please contact us with your payment details.
We will investigate the transaction and, where appropriate, arrange the necessary correction or refund.
7. No Guarantee of Results
The Parent Influence System™ provides educational resources, personalised guidance, and parenting support. Parenting outcomes can vary from family to family.
We do not guarantee any specific outcome, behavioural change, relationship outcome, academic result, religious outcome, or other result from using the system.
Your child’s development and progress depend on many factors, including consistent implementation, family circumstances, the child’s individual needs, and other factors outside our control.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
If you experience an unusual circumstance that you believe requires special consideration, you may contact us and explain the situation.
Any exception to this policy will be considered at our discretion and does not create an obligation to provide refunds in similar cases.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory rights or protections available to consumers under applicable law.
9. Policy Updates
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the Parent Influence System™ — ₹2,997 offer currently presented by Generation of Khair.
We may update this policy for future products, services, prices, or offers. The policy applicable to your purchase will be the policy in effect at the relevant time, subject to applicable law.
